Main duties

  • Contribute to the success of JIVR | Bike Sales Team by meeting targets and acting as an ambassador for JIVR brand
  • Liaising with potential customers by calls and e-mails that convert pre-orders into sales (only happy customers)
  • Dealing with customers by listening to their needs and engaging in dialogues which will positively impact our product development
  • Operate the world class IT systems that automate your work and help increase efficiency

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (great communication in English, additional languages would be an advantage, e.g. German and/or French)
  • Positive attitude
  • Passionate about building relationships with customers and colleagues
